1. Products (Digital Downloads Only)

1.1 All products sold on Lush Layers are digital art downloads.
No physical items will be shipped.

1.2 Each purchase includes a high-resolution digital image file (PNG or JPG as specified on the product page), delivered electronically.

1.3 File specifications (resolution, DPI, dimensions, and format) are clearly listed on each product page. Please review them carefully before purchasing.

2. Digital Delivery & Downloads

2.1 After successful payment, you will receive a download link via email.

2.2 2.2 After successful payment, customers receive a secure download link via email. This link becomes active upon first access and remains valid for 24 hours after the first download. If the link expires or access is lost due to technical issues, customers are encouraged to contact us, and we will restore access or provide the downloadable file directly via email.

2.3 It is your responsibility to ensure that the email address used at checkout is correct.

3. License & Permitted Use (Personal Use Only)

3.1 All digital artworks are licensed for personal use only.

You MAY:

  • Print the artwork for your home or personal spaces

  • Frame and display the artwork privately

  • Print multiple copies for your own personal use

You MAY NOT:

  • Resell, share, gift, or redistribute the digital file

  • Upload the artwork to websites, marketplaces, or social platforms

  • Use the artwork for commercial, promotional, or business purposes

  • Modify the artwork for resale or derivative works

3.2 Copyright remains 100% with Lush Layers LLC.
Purchase grants a license—not ownership of the artwork.

4. Refunds & Returns (Digital Products)

4.1 Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final.

4.2 Refunds are not available for:

  • Change of mind

  • Accidental purchases

  • Failure to read product details

  • Compatibility issues with your printer or software

4.3 If you experience a technical issue with the file (corruption, incomplete file, incorrect format), contact us within 48 hours of download.
We will repair or replace the file at no cost.

5. Order Cancellations

5.1 Orders cannot be canceled once the digital download link has been delivered.

6. Quality Commitment

6.1 All artworks are delivered in ultra-high resolution (300 DPI) and professionally prepared for premium printing.

6.2 If your file does not match the specifications listed on the product page, contact us and we will correct the issue promptly.

7. Donations

7.1 A portion of Lush Layers proceeds is donated to child cancer institutes in developing countries.

7.2 Lush Layers reserves the right to select recipient organizations based on internal criteria focused on humanitarian impact.

7.3 Donations are distributed without discrimination based on nationality, religion, race, age, or gender.

7.4 Lush Layers is a for-profit business that voluntarily allocates a portion of profits from digital art sales to support child cancer care initiatives. The percentage of profits donated is not fixed and may vary month to month. Donations are made independently by Lush Layers and are not customer-directed or collected as checkout add-ons. Lush Layers retains sole discretion over the selection of recipient organizations and allocation of funds. Donations apply to digital art products only.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All website content—including artwork, text, images, designs, logos, and product descriptions—is the exclusive property of Lush Layers LLC.

8.2 Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

8.3 Any misuse of digital files, including redistribution or resale, constitutes a violation of copyright law.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Lush Layers is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

9.2 Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the digital product.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

10.2 We collect only the information necessary to process orders and improve your experience.

10.3 Payment details are processed securely through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
Lush Layers does not store payment information.
